Practical fire safety training courses throughout Belgium
Brandblussen.be specializes in organizing hands-on fire safety training. We primarily conduct these sessions on-site at the client’s location. We bring our mobile fire extinguisher unit to the site, which helps minimize practical inconveniences (such as travel for participants). After the training, participants will have the necessary knowledge and practical tips to respond correctly when an emergency arises. In addition to providing high-quality training, we also issue certificates for this training. This ensures that, as an employer, you are once again in full compliance with the law, in accordance with Royal Decree 2014.
In the meantime, we have also developed a robust open enrollment program. Organizations that wish to enroll only a small number of employees (fewer than 5) can easily join a session at one of our locations. You can find our dates and locations under “Training Courses.”
Our mission
Brandblussen.be was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to create safe workplaces by providing high-quality fire safety training.
Too many companies and organizations are still unaware of the legal requirements regarding fire prevention and fire safety training (Royal Decree 2014).
As an employer, you must ensure that a sufficient number of your staff are familiar with fire procedures and can respond correctly in the event of a fire breaking out.
Organizing fire safety training to establish a “fire response team” is therefore a legal obligation for every organization.
Through our hands-on approach, which combines theory and practice into an interactive training program, participants gain the necessary skills to respond correctly in an emergency situation.

Our story
Brandblussen.be started small in 2019 with one fire extinguisher unit and three enthusiastic instructors. Over the years, we have grown into a professional organization focused on fire safety training. Our fleet of mobile fire extinguishing units has since expanded to seven, and the number of instructors has grown to a permanent team of 24. These are all professional firefighters who, in addition to their fire safety expertise, possess the necessary teaching skills to convey this knowledge in an interactive and engaging manner. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ve also expanded our office staff. We’ve gone from two colleagues in the office to a permanent team of six who handle planning and administration on a daily basis.
Our clients are highly diverse, both in terms of size, industry, and region. They range from a small construction company with 10 employees to a multinational with thousands of employees. We operate in all sectors and regions within Belgium. Training courses can be booked in Dutch, French, or English. Because we operate in all sectors, we can also apply this knowledge and expertise to our fire safety training programs within your specific sector.
