“The training on small fire extinguishers at Resilux was experienced as very valuable and practical. The combination of clear theoretical explanation and hands-on exercises ensured that participants not only gained insight into the different types of fires and extinguishing agents, but also effectively learned how to act correctly and safely in an emergency situation.
What makes this training particularly strong is the focus on realistic scenarios within our work environment. This allowed participants to translate the lessons to their own workstations and gain insight into the specific risks at our site. Practical practice with various fire extinguishers (CO₂, powder, foam) provided confidence and increased readiness to act quickly and effectively in the event of a starting fire.
In addition, there was a strong emphasis on the importance of rapid intervention, correct risk assessment, and personal safety. The training visibly contributes to increasing safety awareness and the safety culture within Resilux.
In summary: a highly relevant and well-structured training course that not only imparts knowledge but, above all, strengthens the confidence and competence of employees to act correctly in critical situations.”
